Services and Rates

Comfort Zone Critter Care offers Fear Free®, force-free, positive, reward-based dog training, dog walking, and pet sitting in your pet’s comfort zone – your home!

I offer a variety of Pet Sitting and Dog Walking services at competitive rates, whether you are away for a workday or traveling for work or pleasure. I can also check in on your pets during the day while you work (whether from home or while you are at the office) to provide them with the necessary exercise and enrichment to keep them happy. I provide care for a variety of critters, such as small animals, exotics, cats, and dogs.

My pet sitting and dog walking service areas include, but are not limited to: Depew, Elma, Lancaster, S. Cheektowaga, and West Seneca, NY.

As a professional dog trainer, I offer private lessons in your home (or an agreed-upon location). This is perfect for those dogs who are not comfortable with a group class setting, or if attending group lessons won’t fit into your busy schedule. I am a Fear Free Certified dog trainer, which means I look after your dog’s physical and emotional well-being. I do not use any shock, prong, or choke collars in my training. I use positive training methods only, so as to not harm your dog, your relationship with your dog, or put you in harm’s way. I want your dog to be a great companion and a member of your family, not a robot without any personality!

My dog training service area is most of Western New York.

For a package deal, the missed session will still be counted as one session.

Should you tip your dog trainer or pet/house sitter?  If the client received exemplary service, it is appropriate (and much appreciated!) to tip your pet sitter or dog trainer 10-20% of the total bill. As your pet sitter or dog trainer, I show a great deal of love and care towards your pet(s) or home, and frequently go “above and beyond”  the call of duty.

“Dana is such an amazing human and our dog loved her! We had Dana come over for an hour to spend time with our Frenchie and to give him his dinner and his medication when we were away for an evening.
Our dog usually doesn’t eat for other people and you know our dog loved Dana because he ate his entire dinner for her! She sent us a couple of text updates during her visit. Her initial meet up was extremely thorough. She has the experience and the education that made us very comfortable when it came to taking care of our dog. We will 100% reach out to her in the future for anything and we cannot recommend her enough!”
