Overnight Pet Sitting in Lancaster, NY
When your pets need more than daytime drop-ins, Overnight Pet Sitting offers the comfort of staying right at home—with a professional sitter sleeping onsite to maintain routines and provide calm, overnight supervision.
This service is ideal for:

Overnight Service Details
Rate: $120 per night
Holiday Fee: 15% on designated holidays
Daytime visits: booked separately at standard rates
Medication administration: included
Availability: limited
Client status: offered to established clients first
Live-in care: not offered
Overnight hours typically run approximately 10:00 PM–7:00 AM, adjusted slightly to your pets’ routines when needed.

All Services are subject to 8.75% Sales Tax.
Payment for new clients is due in full at the initial consultation.
Existing clients may pay in full before or at the first visit.
Service prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
📅 Scheduling, Cancellations & Holidays
Before booking, a complimentary in-person meet-and-greet is required for all new clients.
Daily dog-walking clients who cancel before 8:00 a.m. will receive a service credit toward future visits.
Cancellations after 8:00 a.m. are non-refundable and non-creditable.
Comfort Zone Critter Care requires a 2-day notice of cancellation for pet-sitting services. If less than a 2-day notice is received, the client will receive a bill for the fee for the services booked.
Holiday cancellation requires one week’s notice. If you cancel seven days or fewer before any holiday, you will be charged the remaining balance of the visits booked.
For the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays, I require $100 non-refundable, non-transferable payment upfront in order to reserve the dates.
Holiday Service Fee: an additional $15 per day applies on:
New Year’s Day · Easter · Memorial Day · Fourth of July · Labor Day · Thanksgiving · Christmas Eve · Christmas Day · New Year’s Eve, especially when using Lancaster pet sitting and dog walking during these busy days.
If no service is booked after the meet-and-greet, a $30 consultation fee applies. Phone interviews are always free!
🦮 My Fear Free Commitment
I choose to use only humane, reward-based methods. That means no choke chains, prong collars, shock collars, or other punitive tools — ever.
If your dog doesn’t have a flat collar or harness, I’ll gladly supply one for our walks.
It’s the client’s responsibility to disclose all health, behavior, and safety information prior to services, especially relevant for Lancaster pet sitting and dog walking.
For your pet’s safety:
- I do not allow dog-to-dog greetings or interactions with strangers.
- I do not conduct pack walks or visit dog parks.
